Red Square

I found this red flanel square pinned on the coat of one of the people in the office. It's a way of expressing support for the student strike that has been going on in Quebec for over two months. Students are protesting against a planned hike in tuition fees.

Whoever came up with the idea of the red square created a powerful and simple symbol, or brand even - the kind that advertising agencies can only dream of.
