Rattlesnake Wall

Attended an AZ DOT Open House to preview designs for Sound Walls that will be erected alongside a Road Project. Oracle Road will be widened from 4 lanes to 6 lanes with seven foot wide shoulders for bikes. Sound Walls will be constructed near housing neighborhoods. Here we see an artist's rendering of a Rattlesnake Wall. Can you see the rattles?
