they are superceded/bypassed/overthrown...hmmmm cant really think of the right way to say it - however there is a new team in town which will be progressing the 'rebuild' of Christchurch called the CCDU - Christchurch Central Development Unit which is apart of CERA. They even have a website up and running so it makes one wonder how long this has been in the wings.... our City Council has had a big slap and it wasn't just in the face...one can only wait watch and wonder at the democracy of this new development......
