An outsider's point of view

Sometimes I indulge myself in a outsider piece of toast with lashings of butter and a spreading of marmite, even better when it's from Scottish Plain bread - which this isn't!

Major headache today, accompanied with sore throat and blocked sinus's - that's all of us suffering with colds now. :-(
