Street Food Dinner
Dinner on the street was "Clay Pot," or that's what we called it. The woman behind the fire smiled as we pointed to the recognizable veggies, noodles, and boiled quail egg. Then it was her turn, she pointed to a number of unrecognizable things in the bowls in front of her. We smiled but declined. Our selections went into a clay pot along with boiling broth and was cooked for a few minutes. Then the clay pot was carefully picked up with tongs and placed on the roadside table in front of us.
Delicious!
