Spits and Spots

We woke up this morning to this strange sight! The first rain in the village since April! Not a lot but enough to settle the dust. There was another shower during the morning and the surrounding areas had some quite heavy spells of rain.

And then it stopped! And the sun came out and dried up all the land. By the time we went for a walk, there wasn't a puddle to be seen.
