Pianos

This afternoon my dad and I went to look at a (boudoir) grand piano which had been offered to my church. It's an impressive looking Colson & Colson instrument from around 1900-1910, and is in fairly good condition but needs some work. We already have a baby grand at the church though, so I convinced my dad there was no point in accepting it, seeing as the church doesn't have the room or the money to get the work done. It was quite fun playing such an old piano, though.

Our piano at home is a Van Gruisen & Son, although I have no idea what date it is, might try to find out.
