Dad's 80th Birthday

It's my Dad's 80th Birthday today and to celebrate I thought I'd post one of my favourite photos of him. This was taken in 1949 when he joined the merchant navy. I just love the life, light & mischief in his eyes.

He's still looking good after all those years and the love, life, light and mischief are still in his eyes. He's as fit as a fiddle and I'm so glad I'm
blessed with great genes.

The MacIvers celebrated en masse with a party in Nethy Bridge last week.

So happy birthday Donald Murdo MacIver. I couldn't have picked a better Dad. Love you.
