New ski gear

We all had new boots, and some of us had new or newly acquired skis. The snow was fresh so not so easy, particularly on heather.

The ascent was embarrassing, all our walkers overtook us, then all the other people that we set off before from the car park. The river was also challenging, wandering up a gorge with skis is comical.

But at least we got some practise.
