Wheel of Fortune

The time came to about 6pm and still no Blip. I did as I frequently do in emergency and headed for the beach.

In the event it turned out to be quite a fruitful visit. Seagull, ship, canoe, and the wheel. Spoilt for choice I settled on the wheel. The day has been cloudy and wet all day. I liked the contrast of the colours of the gondolas against the drab flat sky.

Maybe I will have a chance to take the same shot against a clear blue sky. Not this week though. I chose to leave out the lower part of the wheel as it is partially hidden by some not very attractive buildings. I feel they would have detracted from an otherwise clean uncluttered view.
