Roma - Galleria Borghese

I was lucky enough that, even though a sign said tickets were sold out to Monday, I obtained a ticket for the 11 till 13 slot, and for free! Cultural week apparently :)
I very much enjoyed the gallery, marvelled most of all at Bernini's sculptures - love David.

The afternoon was spent walking around Rome; Pza Spagna, Trevi fountains, Forum Romanum, Colosseum, Circus Massimus, Bocca della Verità, the Tiber, Trastevere, Pza dei Fiori, Pza Navona, a Leonardo da Vinci exhibition, the museum of Rome - Braschi, the Pantheon - I saw it all.
