This is my favourite spot just now, beautiful at all times. When the tide is half way out the waves funnel through the contours they have worn in the rock over countless seasons, and explode out again.

Very much the most exciting thing that happened to me today.

LATER... Although I couldn't be there this time, I've just heard that Duncan's team came second in round 2 of the Schools Quiz! They won round one, but coming second on his 12th birthday is pretty special. Well done Duncan!
