Parasol

I have done no work today. And it has been wonderful.

I've been reading Velvet Elvis, a book by Rob Bell which is about 'Repainting the Christian Faith.' Very interesting stuff so far!

I got this parasol in France when I was about 14; my friend Emily got one too and we wore our matching stripey sundresses. Those were the days.

Not quite the effect I was going for, but I couldn't get it to stay open! I quite like how this looks like a flower in the thumbnail though :)
