Streetdance Performance

Today was Nienke's annual streetdance performance. Her third, but it didn't make her less nervous than previous years. Like the previous two occassions, she and her group did great. Quite a deviation from my usual landscape work in many ways.

This time, Ellis was also present. It was way past her usual bedtime, but she thorougly enjoyed the performance and has decided she wants to "dance under the lights" (that's how she called it) too. In fact, she decided to do so during Nienke's performance and lots of people enjoyed her dancing between the audience. It looks like we will have to sign her up for streetdance classes after the summer holiday.

All in all lots of fun today. I'm hoping to get some nice shots somewhere in the Bollenstreek (bulb region) in the weekend, but the weather forecast doesn't look too good for Saturday and I have other things planned for Sunday so I'm afraid it won't work.
