Colchester today

Not the best day to spend 6 hours on the beautiful M25 in the UK. the usual black cloud followed me around to cause mayhem.

Colchester was apparently the capital of Roman England (if i remember my History O'level!) Could find anything worth bliping as it was one huge Business Park and the A12 (there must be some nice areas!! but i couldn't see them)

This got me thinking about sailing again and a tower that could be seen from Malden when I used to sail around there.

Sat Nav, GPRS, Ordinance Survey and a local farmer to he rescue and here it is...

What a fantastic Tudor building and worth the 30 mile detour as the rain stopped as well
