i spoke to one of the boys to tell him i'd post on FB. They were told not to come back to my street because of all the noise. and i understand my neighbors side of this.
the boy said to me "i had so much fun that day." He said it with so much feeling.
I sensed that it was a different day than most for him. And I felt sad. They should have 'fun' everyday. The park nearby has courts, they are in bad shape, and will cut them up if one should fall. I will call my councilman, who knows...
