Paying Property Taxes

I had sent my property taxes out in a preprinted envelope only to have it bounced back by the post office. I came to the municipal building to pay in person. It was a really nice facility. No expense spared. No waiting in line and a friendly city government worker. Everything about the trip was a pleasant surprise (with the exception of parting with my check).
