The best of times, the worst of times.......

.....well, back to work today. En route, I witnessed Radio Forth's Grant Stott leading 250 hoolahoopers in Festival Square in their attempt to beat the mass participation world record. Oh, I've missed the high brow culture of Embra.

Pleased to hear that it had been a reasonable month for everyone in the team.

Later, in response to my offering of Singapore cough sweets, the team responded by gifting me a flat white coffee and a can of Foster's. Truly the best and worst.

The most shocking event of the day was Pedro announcing he was taking a bus. Pedro has the sort of relationship with public transport that Thatcher had with miners. I'll be expecting positive affirmation that he has indeed stepped across the threshold and taken his first bus journey in eight years.
