A small hire car

We still have not replaced the car after I wrote it off in February and needed one for yesterday's funeral (my husband's Mum), so I booked the smallest & cheapest one possible from Enterprise, to be picked up at 09.00 Thursday. They rang just after 8am and said that unfortunately the car allocated had been involved in an accident and I'd get a free upgrade (NB I always seem to get a free upgrade on hire cars, wish the same thing happened with flights!). But the other car might not be ready at 9am... I really needed one at that time so ended up with this enormous estate car instead, a 2l Vauxhall Insignia automatic. No problem, had an automatic for a few years and have driven all sorts of vehicles in the past including fork lift trucks, a tractor and an armoured personnel carrier!
