I am still in the kitchen
This is a variation of kedgeree, it is still curried fish but instead of rice I used up some leftover jacket potatoes then added onions, mushroom, curry spices , cooked smoked cod and stirred it until it was hot and tasted right. Then I added some cream and corriander. I am not good at poaching eggs in water so I soft boil them peel away the shells and split them open. Ok , so it's not Masterchef but it used up lots of leftovers in the fridge!!!
