Yes, the postie has come into sight - so from the sleepy body but alert eyes to full blown alert mode, complete with the bumps up on bottom of back and top of neck to make her look big and scary.

Busy, busy night, circuit class at 6pm. Took dog with me as when finished, and drove to mum's flat to check it out went a walk later with Breagha. Quick trip to Morrisons for petrol and some messages, home and now off to the swimming.

Mum - the flat is fine, some post and it's boiling as usual!!
