a driech day...

I carry my camera with me all the time now, just in case...but today: NOTHING! So, when I found myself in Halkirk with an hour to spare, waiting for Y after her dance class, I thought yesss, a dog walk up the river should give me lots of opportunities for snaps, even on a drizzly day like this one.
I saw primulas on the river bank with a back drop of Caithness slabs, focused and clicked and error message NO MEMORY CARD came up! aaarrrgggh Anyone else done that? Left the memory card in the laptop after uploading photos??
Ha-ha so I resorted to the trusty mobile to snap these yellow sweeties amongst the nettles and grasses on the Halkirk River bank.
