Has anyone ever tried to photograph bluebells whilst being pelted with hail? No? Just me then.
Just over a month ago I found a solitary Bluebell in Castle Hill Park. I knew that there were far more in bloom now, but when I last wandered round the park I chose to use the muscari instead.
Once I'd go in from shopping this afternoon I thought I pop out for a quick breath of fresh air. I could see the grey cloud looming & thought I'd have enough time to get there and back before the rain started. I was wrong. I'd only taken 6 frames before I felt the rain, then as I looked down I could see the hailstones round my feet. I took a few more (this one included) and then made the dash home.
