An old favourite....

We're at the end of the week and it's a case of what food do we have left in the kitchen.
I intended to have lasagne and give the girlies fish fingers, baked beans, waffles & scrambled eggs. Whilst cooking dinner, I remembered an old favourite meal of mine... Fish Finger sandwiches. Lots butter on the bread, a little bit of vinegar on the fish fingers and there you have it, a beautiful fish finger sandwich.
As I was eating, Daisy-May announced that fish finger sandwiches are her favourite too - having pointed out to her that she's never actually had a fish finger sandwich, we've agreed to have them again for lunch tomorrow :o)
