Spicy green undercoat

The name of tonight's dinner (from Madhur Jaffrey's 'Curry Easy') was 'Fish Fillets with a Spicy Green Undercoat'. Which I thought was a great name.

The spicy green undercoat included tomatoes from the garden and a chilli from Denise and Jude's garden in Petone.
