The doctor who became an artist
Spanish doctor Josefina de Unamuno took up painting full time on her retirement and her work now sells like the proverbial "hot cakes".
Josefina lives in Stirling.
This evening she had an exhibition opening along with three other artists- Catherine Froy, Diana Hands and Libby Yule- in Scion House Innovation Park part of Stirling University.
We are just back from a celebration meal wih some of the artists in the local Italian restaurant, Corriers, where we had some free entertainment - singing and dancing- provided by a group of young women celebrating two birthdays.
It was an altogether riotous night.
