Seeds and Seedlings.

I recently sent for a Daily Mail seed offer and potato growing set.
They arrived fairly quickly, well packed in a little card box.
I only had to pay for the postage, which was £4.90. Tremendously good value.
The pack contained a good variety of useful seeds and a sturdy looking potato growing bag with instructions and five healthy looking Charlotte potatoes.
The right -hand side of this blip shows the gem lettuce seedlings, sown at the weekend coming along nicely.
The cabbage and turnip seedlings are getting plenty of light on the living room window sill and the beetroot seedlings, with beautiful deep red stems, are on the dinning room table.
We only have a small backyard, so finding space to start up all of this has taken some juggling!
