Are you my mother?

A run before breakfast sets me up for the day. So today I ran out of the door onto the moor and enjoyed the sense of the wild and freedom that is Ilkley Moor.

It was a bit chilly for me without hat and with shorts on to stop for long to blip but I knew I had one in the camera with the druid circle.

As I was contouring back from the far side of the moor back home I saw this grouse on the cairn, it made me smile and reminded me of my mum teaching me to read(I was in a remedial class aged 7) with Dr Seuss books and one particular story "Are you my mother". Getting it in the camera involved a quick stop, camera in the 20 sec til grouse flew away.
