Outside in

Open day for the "new" church today which went well and there were very positive comments about the extension and what we have done with the original part.
Standing outside I noticed the community reflected in the new door and looking as if it is inside. I decided that is quite a good picture of what we as a church are there for - to be in the community and part of the community; and it is only as we go outside the building to be a part of it that the community can become a part of us.
