Good Friday

Friday. Friday is often good. It was an easy day at work for a change. Nick and Emily came home tonight. A friend of Emily from the city is also over. We had supper all together... lively. Then Nick was out at a party and he just got home. The girls are feeling well, coughing and all, they went to bed early.

Lisa came back from a doctor's appointment this afternoon with good news. We cuddled up tonight and watched a movie.


This is the big 40-50 (?) year old birch at the entrance of our driveway that greets everyone who come visit. It's in bad shape but we love it. It always loses a lot of little branches when there is a big wind in the winter.
