BSF

Various offerings have been made in the school as to what exactly BSF stands for - none of them exactly complimentary!

Building Schools for the Future is meant to be a good thing but right now it feels pretty dire. Long periods without ICT, long periods without a working generator to give us power, rubbish rooms, moving and moving again. Behaviour is getting worse and worse because the kids have nowhere to let off steam. All this AND the moving back date being shifted further and further into the distant future.

We are supposed to be moving back into our new art rooms in February but already we are being told Easter. At this rate it will be next September.

This is the window I pass every morning which looks onto the building site that takes up half the school. Nothing much has changed. The sunlight glinting off the condensation doesn't make things any better, but it looks kind of surreal!
