Bookshelf find......

Today I was cleaning out a bookshelf and found this old book, Friesland in Foto's (1974), that belonged to my father as you can see from his name written on the cover. I looked through the book and recognized many of places photographed for the book, including a house in Langweer, where my father grew up.

Of course, finding this book then lead to looking through photo albums from my last three trips to Friesland and remembering good times with each family visit.

Needless to say, it wasn't a very productive task but an enjoyable one.
