Homeless comfort

Today I passed by Santa Fe st. and Scalabrini Ortiz st. and saw this homeless man watching tv at one side of the street.
One year ago I read about him, someone gave him the old tv and some people from the stores give food to him, others hates him because they think he is not a good publicity for their stores.
