Another profile portrait

The blue jay says: Look at me! Aren't I clever? I've managed to zoom in here and snatch more than one peanut. They are so tasty, I just can't help myself.

The blipper says: He's clever alright, but so are the sparrows, downy woodpecker, red-bellied woodpecker, and titmouse. All of them made off with the peanuts I had scattered on the fallen log.

Huge change in the weather today. The high temperature yesterday was above 70 degrees. Today was only in the low 40s. Cold and grey! I needed my winter jacket and hat for my photo walk in the park, and I didn't linger.
