Guess WHO??

We see this on our weekend morning walks along to the look-out at Mullaloo - its a huge gate at the front of a huge multi-million dollar property - we are always trying to get a glimpse of the owners - will they be wearing a long scarf ? will it be Jon Pertwee? Tom Baker? Sylvester McCoy .....or will it just be some nutter with too much money who has an obsession with the Dr? - tis' the latter me thinks.
