Treats

I had my blue nails fizzed off this morning and replaced them with a purple - nice! I had wanted a subtle pink but she will have to learn to mix it! Perhaps next time...

I then had a 2 hour coffee, blueberry and raspberry scone (OINK!)with my great pal. We talked non-stop and got the world put right and caught up on each other's lives.

She followed me home to advise me about house sale tactics. I really need to redecorate one spare bedroom as I had torn the paper in two places removing nails. It is dated paper and needs a facelift. She has also advised that I try to clear all my cupboards and put as much as I can in them to leave surfaces and tables free from clutter.

So, here is the next massive project in my life! I made a 6 hour start today, will visit the coup tomorrow and have 4 bags for the charity shop! That was the hobby room and the kitchen.

I am a great collector of useful boxes - so now is a great time to put them all to great use!

I have 2 old laptops and an old PC. Does anyone know what I do with the info on them - can't just chuck them out the way they are can I?

Onto the welsh dresser - a haven for junk and all things considered precious..., the bookcases (aaaah love my books) and the huge cupboard under the stairs that contains everything that has nowhere else to go!

Managed a bit of cross stitch last night - loving the colours and the challenge of fine detailed work again. Had to buy close work glasses yesterday for the job!
