Red dot

At the start of each school holidays I take my watch off (no need to know the time when I let my body dictate my sleep time, my wake time, my eat time, my fun time, my every time.)

The end of the school holidays brings my watch back into action. This time though, I've added a little red dot - a technique I've heard about this holiday to help me reinforce some goals I'm setting. Each time I look at my watch - which will be many, many, many times! - I'll see the dot and the dot will act as a trigger to remind me of my goals. The many, many, many reminders I give myself each day will eventually become embedded into my subconscious thus increasing the liklihood of me achieving them.

Go red dot!
