Muffins...

Quick blip shot this morning as I was walking out the door...baked up muffins last night...needed some kitchen therapy.

Took them into work - everyone gobbled them up! Banana walnut and apple strudel - made from a mix...but I did add my touch to them ;) It was pretty difficult not to have one...the house still smells like apples and cinnamon! I really do bake just to make my house smell nice!

I wonder if I could have made these in the microwave ;) I'll have to try that cake sometimes and see how it turns out...
