Playing with storms

The wife and I are having a really quiet weekend at home after the exertions of the trip to Wiltshire on Friday. Most jobs done yesterday so today its settling down with the Sunday papers. The weather is still showery but dogs have to be walked (thank goodness, otherwise we might not have bothered) so this afternoon it on with the waterproofs and wellies and off the the coastal path.

Somebody must have been smiling on us because as we started walking the sun came out and the air was beautiful and it stayed like this until we just got back to the car and it pelted down with hailstones.

Not bothering with Sunday lunch today, its bacon,eggs and fried mushrooms for tea and there is a bit of clotted cream in the fridge for a scone or two. Now do you put the cream or the jam on first?
