My 26th Birthday

Every year I bake Melissa a "Frankfurt Kranz Cake" for her birthday. It is a ring shaped cake filled with apricot jam and buttercream and covered with hazelnut krokant.
This year, I baked her an apple cake instead. I guess she missed it because, for my birthday she baked one for me!! Yummy!
