Happy (belated) Birthday, Fabulous Nephew!

It was my nephew's birthday over a month ago, but since I didn't have any money he only got his present from me today (hence the "I didn't forget" message). He tells me that when he grows up he wants to be a chef, and even at the age of only 12 he makes some of the best cakes I ever tasted - I tell no lie!

So to encourage his passion, I got him some cookbooks by his "second favourite chef", Jamie Oliver, and seeds that he can add to his expanding vegetable patch. He is an incredibly talented and intelligent young man, and I hope that even the smallest encouragement I can give him will help him get to where he wants to be.
