Steaming

It's been too long since I blipped but it's strange that inspiration comes along when you least expect it. C and I had nipped up to Aberdeen for some retail therapy and were heading back to the car park through the railway station when a steam train pulled up!

It looked wonderful, sounded even better and had some great characters on the footplate. Quite a few trainspotters had congregated on the platform so we felt a bit like interlopers but it was great to see a real steam train in a working railway station. Best bit though was a wee boy with his dad and he was just so excited to see it. Pass it on boy, pass it on!
