At the Arcade
Today, we spent a very rainy day with our two best friends (Erin:Mine, Alyvia (Erin's daughter:Sean's).
We took the drive down to Wareham, to check out a brand new Salvation Army that just opened up. It was one of the most organized thrift shops I've been to; all clothes were organized into type and then into sizes, which really made the shopping experience more smooth (especially helpful with little kids, since you want to get in and out, not spend 3 hours picking through stuff you're not even sure will be your size!!).
Us moms treated ourselves to some 'new' clothes, and we got amazing deals on everything! $40 later, and I had purchased 6 tank tops, 1 small jean jacket, 2 sweaters, and a pair of jeans!!
After treating ourselves with what we could from our minuscule budgets, I got a great haircut and then we headed to grab a bite to eat at the best pizzeria in Onset.
After having the kids out all day, doing stuff they didn't really want to do, we stopped in at an arcade and they loved it! Sean loved ski-ball the best.
Even though it was a rainy day, we made the best and had a great time!
