carrots etc

out in the garden again for much of yesterday, and this is the most visible trace of my work - carrots parsnips and leeks all planted out.

A couple of weeks ago this raised bed was completely overgrown except where a few flowers were struggling for survival. The flowers have all been very successfully transplanted and seem to be thriving and this is now devoted to veg.

The rain has come at just the right time for these chaps, now all I need to do is rig up something from the grey water butt to make sure all this end of the garden is looked after
