Slowly taking shape

What would a home be without some Ikea furniture!! We don't have Ikea in South Afica so I quite enjoyed my visit there, although I believe some people (like my son) don't feel too partial to their stuff. Well we ended up buying a dining room suite which was delivered to our doorstep the following day and took many hours of screwing to get it up and running, resulting in husband's thumbs not working too well for the rest of the week. And what would a home be without some good old african table settings! And I think I see a bit of Japan in the Pics. It's all a bit mix and match at this stage as official move in will only be in August.
