Surplus to requirements????

Every few months we go to the little churchyard in the villiage where my wife was born. the church is where we got married a long time ago.
It is also where my wifes Father, Mother, Grandfather, and two Aunts are buried.
We go over and put fresh flowers on all the graves, we also clean the headstones and cut the grass, it seems so little to do baring in mind what they all did for us.
Theres never anything else ever done and its sad to think that although there are four offspring who all live within 7 miles of this place they cant seem to spare a short time to visit the graves of the people who not only gave them life
but were always there for them .
Times were hard 50 years ago and the sacrifices made by parents in those days
should not go un noticed and i dont think a 10 minute visit once a month even is too much to expect.
Hence my title.............When my time comes will i be laying in an overgrown grave somewhere if this is the case, just put on my headstone......
