Edinburgh Doors Open Day

Today my husband was keen to go and visit as many places as possible for the Open day. I really fancied a lazy day but figured we had better make the most of those places that were free or not usually open to the public!
This was taken at Duddingston House which got restored in 1990 and provides architects offices and more recently the headquarters for Duddingston House Properties.
The internal, orignal features have had extensive refurbishment however in amongst this were some "contempory" art work which wasn't to everyones taste.
One enrty in the guest book described it as "evil". If you have ever been you may know what I mean?
