Girl (pastels, 1999)

Last night I was handed a bunch of rolled up drawings I had done years ago. Most of them date back to 2000 but I'm pretty sure this was done in 1999.
It is strange that, after so long, it has lasted without being badly smudged, torn or thrown out. Think I was bored one day and found a picture in a magazine and just started to draw it. After so many ears, I can't help but think why don't I do this more often? The answer probably lies somewhere between being a computer based designer and not being motivated enough.
Someone told me they had been asked - What you be thinking if you were at the end of your life and you hadn't followed your dreams?

Dreaming is good! Make time for it, because time waits for no man!
