Connoisseurs choice

It's turned cold again. Seems the perfect evening for a warming drink. Although as a Scotsman my preferred option would be a nice dram (single malt whisky), the corner of my kitchen work-top is adorned by various bottles collected on my travels or gifted by friends. One would be concerned about my alcohol intake except there are several bottles there that have been unopened since the nineties and most are untouched.

Of course, you can't see the empties.
