Manic Monday!!! However, kind of glad to be in work! hyper handful of a 4 year old at the moment, so a little escapism even if it is going to work.

Managed to get out for a run today. Great Manchester Run is 3 weeks on Sunday, eek. Better get back into the swing of things with my training!
